Individual Volunteer Registration: Use this form for one person registering as an individual volunteer. Select the event day, role request, available time, shirt preference, and any optional workshop attendance certificate request below.
Registering multiple volunteers? Please use Group Volunteer Registration for organizations or groups registering two or more volunteers.

Volunteer Role Requests: Select one or more role/time-slot requests. Role choices are filtered by event day. The form allows different volunteer areas, but overlapping time slots are blocked. If the selected role is full, the form will allow a waitlist request.

Parking & Vehicle Information

Parking is available only in designated Summit County Stand Down parking areas. Vehicles parked in unauthorized locations may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense. Vehicle information is collected to assist event staff with parking management, emergency notifications, and identifying vehicles if necessary.
