Access is limited to authorized Summit County Stand Down personnel and designated volunteers with a legitimate operational need to know.

Group Volunteer Registration Guide: Use this form for organizations or groups registering two or more volunteers. Complete the organization/contact details above, then select whether the group is participating on Day One, the Main Stand Down Event, or both. Day One setup support is automatically recorded as Volunteer Setup Team / Volunteer Setup Team Worker. Day One workshop attendees are listed separately so workshop attendance certificates can be generated. If the group will also serve during the Main Stand Down Event, complete the Main Stand Down Event Assignment section later in this form.
Designated Leader Access: The Parking Team, Food Service Team, Veteran Registration Team, Volunteer Registration Team, and Vendor Registration Team may only be registered by designated leaders assigned by the webmaster.

Use Both Days when the same group will help on Setup Day or attend Day One workshops and also serve on Day Two. This keeps them from having to register twice.

Group Parking / Vehicle Information

Parking is available only in designated Summit County Stand Down parking areas. Vehicles parked in unauthorized locations may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense. Vehicle information is collected to assist event staff with parking management, emergency notifications, and identifying vehicles if necessary.
