Parking is available only in designated Summit County Stand Down parking areas. Vehicles parked in unauthorized locations may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense. Vehicle information is collected to assist event staff with parking management, emergency notifications, and identifying vehicles if necessary.
The Summit County Stand Down Board does not provide speaker fees, honoraria, stipends, reimbursements, or other compensation unless a separate written agreement has been approved in advance by the Summit County Stand Down Board.
Workshops, presentations, exhibits, consultations, demonstrations, screenings, materials, products, and services offered as part of the event must be provided to attendees at no charge. Organizations may establish voluntary future business relationships after the event, provided those transactions are independent of the Summit County Stand Down and are not represented as sponsored or endorsed by it.
