Check Registered Organizations Before Continuing
If your organization is already listed, do not submit another organization registration. Coordinate internally with your organization or contact Summit County Stand Down if you are unsure who registered it.
Examples include parking information, schedule changes, emergency notifications, arrival reminders, and operational updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out when SMS services become available.
Optional. You may unsubscribe or request removal from these communications at any time.
Information collected through this registration system is used solely for official Summit County Stand Down planning, logistics, communications, recognition, reporting, safety, parking management, and event operations.
Summit County Stand Down does not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing or commercial purposes.
Access is limited to authorized Summit County Stand Down personnel and designated volunteers with a legitimate operational need to know.
Select the operational day for this registration. Role and capacity options are filtered by day.
Providing an email address allows Summit County Stand Down to:
Add only people who will attend. The person completing this registration is not assumed to be attending, and representatives are not limited by tables or chairs.
Vehicle information is requested ONLY if the representative will be driving.
These planning questions help staff understand your organization and what you will provide during Stand Down. Leave any item blank when it does not apply.
Examples: electricity, privacy, refrigeration, a vehicle, medical equipment, or a large booth display.
The Summit County Stand Down Board does not provide speaker fees, honoraria, stipends, reimbursements, or other compensation unless a separate written agreement has been approved in advance by the Summit County Stand Down Board.
Workshops, presentations, exhibits, consultations, demonstrations, screenings, materials, products, and services offered as part of the event must be provided to attendees at no charge. Organizations may establish voluntary future business relationships after the event, provided those transactions are independent of the Summit County Stand Down and are not represented as sponsored or endorsed by it.
After this Vendor registration is submitted, a button will take you to a prefilled Speaker Registration.
