Summit County Stand Down does not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing or commercial purposes.

Access is limited to authorized Summit County Stand Down personnel and designated volunteers with a legitimate operational need to know.

Participation and Attendee Protection Policy *

The Summit County Stand Down Board does not provide speaker fees, honoraria, stipends, reimbursements, or other compensation unless a separate written agreement has been approved in advance by the Summit County Stand Down Board.

Workshops, presentations, exhibits, consultations, demonstrations, screenings, materials, products, and services offered as part of the event must be provided to attendees at no charge. Organizations may establish voluntary future business relationships after the event, provided those transactions are independent of the Summit County Stand Down and are not represented as sponsored or endorsed by it.

After this Vendor registration is submitted, a button will take you to a prefilled Speaker Registration.

Public Organization Listing: Once this registration is approved, the organization or group name and participation type will automatically appear on the Registered Organizations 2026 page. This helps participants confirm whether an organization is already registered and reduces duplicate registrations.

Your individual name will not be displayed as Registration Coordinator unless you explicitly opt in to public display. Email addresses and phone numbers are never displayed publicly.
